Returns & refunds

If GEORGE isn't right for your skin, email hello@georgesoap.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your order in full. You don't need to return the soap — pass it to a friend or use it for hand-washing woolens.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, tell us and we'll send a replacement straight away at no cost.
