Shipping

Orders are wrapped and dispatched from our US warehouse within two working days. Standard delivery arrives in 2–3 days; express is next-day to most cities. Both are a flat $10, and everything travels plastic-free — paper, board and nothing else.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, France, Spain and Italy. Somewhere else? Write to us — the list is growing at its own pace, like everything here.

The 60-day gentle promise

If a bar doesn’t suit your skin, tell us within 60 days of delivery and we’ll refund or replace it — your choice, no ceremony, no return postage for a half-used bar. Soap should never be a source of stress.

Damaged or lost parcels

It happens rarely, but it happens. Send a photo (or the tracking number for a wanderer) and a replacement leaves with the next dispatch.
